First Timer,

Take the good with the bad!!!  Its a great tag, put boots on the ground and never give up!!!  Good Luck!!!  Buddy killed a stud up there last year and knew nothing about the unit!!

Great advice right there.

 I have hunted that unit for over 30 years, while it is no where near what it once was as many who hunt and live there will tell you I think its a good draw.  I run cameras in that unit and we hunt the general season every year. I will pass along anything that might be of interest to you.
 
If you would like ,come on over to camp during general season and get a feel for the unit, I can show you a few areas that I would concentrate on if I had that tag.

Thank you to all for the suggestions and the pm's to give me a place to start. Already have plans to take the family over this summer to get the lay of the land. Can't wait for November to get here.
