It’s been slow. As the rut picks up I hope the spotting does too. Headed over on the 28th for a week. I’ll have five friends with me so I hope we can find something good.

Howdy, I had the permit in 2014. I am on a quality elk hunt now, but would be happy to share the areas/knowledge I learned. Give me a call after Sept. 21.

Just got back from a 10 day hunt around Curlew. One is a dandy.

Well, we spent nine days in the unit and saw 19 moose, 10 bulls and nine cows and calves. We only called a couple in, but I only have video of one. I tried to post the video, but it’s too big. If someone can tell me how to get my video posted I think you’ll like it.
