Anybody actually have a 6.5 PRC?

I’ve got an idea, but I need actual case dimensions. The ones on Hornady’s spec sheet are wrong.

I need a length from the base to the body/shoulder junction, length from the base to the neck/shoulder junction and a case length.

More important that any of those, I need an explanation as to why you’d build a PRC when the interwebs have taught me that the 6.5 Creedmoor is he only 6.5 worth owning.  :chuckle:

I get 1.760 to the neck/shoulder, 1.576 to the case shoulder junction from an unfired case and 1.580 from my headspace gauge. Cases are 2.019. FYI 2.360 to the lans and 3.080 oal with sierra 150's. Yes it's a long action. Mcgowen barrel, 1:7 twist 6 groove. Reamer was a Manson.
I'll get flamed for this, but In the world of 6.5's the CM just isn't my flavor, sorry guys.  :dunno:
