Interesting ad but who from Washington would want to buy a non resident deer license for Canada, if that's even possible. And then to require half the meat go to the homeowner? Not a very good deal for a hunter.

Ad writer is apparently in Canada, but the property they want hunted appears to be in Washington:

"Need Deer Hunter Bow only. It is only a ferry away in Washington,
Oh Dear! we have a Deer problem at my property. They have destroyed my fences, damage my Car, scared my wife, ate my veggies, *censored* all over my lawn and on top of that they are very arrogant. I have spotted over 4 deer but could be more. Looking for a ruthless mercenary or deer hunter during the hunting season next month to come over and be my guest. It will be 50:50, you kill, you clean and you cut and just give me my 50% so I can cut my losses with T-bone stakes.
You must be permitted by county/state.

Let's have fun."
It is better to be consistently incorrect than inconsistently correct...

The hunter does all of the work of hunting, cleaning, and butchering to give the landowner 50% of the meat...  Doesn't sound like 50/50 to me!

For someone who doesn't need the meat it sounds like a nice deal.
