Watched a few more videos, those things are sweet.  I had a 40's Willys, this looks to carry a bunch of the cool but with an engine and transmission that actually work.

Looked at the "Ted Nugent Call of the Wild" model Mahindra at the sportsman show in Portland today. What a cool rig. I asked the dealer about the jeep lawsuit and he said they have settled with jeep.

Got this from dealer.  "We can send out ECUs and get them re-flashed so you gain 25 hp 40 foot pounds of torque and 30 mph. That costs $500"

Lawsuit doesn't concern me.  Look at all the 'Yeti' coolers out there now.  I don't see them disappearing too quick.   


After market companies seem to be jumping into the game with lots of upgrades.

I read there was some federal rule about emissions or something that prevents importing as a "vehicle" vs a ATV or off road fun rig. But not sure.

Honestly they are really cool but a UTV is better option.  Economy, capability, cost = fun, lighter, more options. comfort.
