It happens a lot with some of the meat line guys that work area 13.  Not sure how the wardens don’t pick up on that.

Great work LE. Thanks for protecting our resources from d-bags like this. I've posted on their website a question as to whether they could donate this to Salmon for Soldiers or the Fallen Outdoors All Veteran Community. Probably not but maybe some of you guys might post to repeat the request or suggest other organizations for veterans that might benefit. Just an idea.

glad they got this guy! quite the set up he had going there, bungee cords attached to the downrigger? I have a hard enough time keeping them on the hook with my pole!!
