Yes in deed.. can’t say much for that area, but one of my spots in 117 that I’ve watched 3 bulls for 3 years hoping to get drawn. Last year zero sign of any of them or cows. Did see numerous wolf tracks. Don’t know if they were killed or just pushed out of the area.. pretty sad.
