Really sorry for not responding back until now, but was able to get the help needed.  I thought I had closed the thread but I was wrong.  Thank  you to everyone who took a second to offer their help, it is appreciated.  A special thank you to those who took the time to send a PM and tell me how awesome I am for not responding in an amount to time in which they saw fit.
