I don’t know much about it, I saw flyer at Tri-state in Moses lake. They took all the Warden Lions club paperwork and copied it so I’m assuming same format. It will be this weekend.

Question: What in the world would the Gun Club want with all those carcasses?

I suppose there is a fur market for them.  I know I wouldn't want hundreds of dead coyotes in my garage.

Tough conditions, weather, and moon phase.  It would probably be fun, but why so late in the season?  You shell out $125, spend $150 on fuel and I can’t even keep my own coyotes??  What’s in the raffle and what are typical pay outs????

It's late in the season because its after the rest of 99% of hunting is over. No conflicts. 2c

Baran, you always have the option of not spending the $125 and keeping your coyotes but it is a fund raiser and the coyotes sold to a fur buyer will just add to the funds raised.
After the first shot the rest are just noise.

In years past, the Huterites took some for the fur, and some went to a taxidermy school.

I wish it wasn't the last weekend of waterfowl, I try to go every year. Not that the waterfowl has been any good, but it is the last weekend. Good luck to those that do go.
