I there a specific website posting the official state records?  I have been looking at Northwest Big Game Inc Top 10 list.  Is this the official record keeper?

I think that my buddies kid, Robbie has got the state record Western Blacktail Archery youth.  Washington-Oregon Game & Fish Magazine, and also Fishing & Hunting News are going to publish Robbie's story and pictures of him and the Buck.  That's pretty cool!  Fishing & Hunting is also going to enter Robbie into some contest.

Not as far as I know. I would doubt it since scoring is all about the money.
