Picked up this gem at a yard sale years ago.  It has everything from Roast Muskrat to Rabbit in Aspic (Viennese Style), Braised Coot, campfire Possum...

This has been my top “go to” for 20 years. I’ve served many memorable meals to family and friends. From hang town fry to Spanish lamb shank stew nothing disappoints.
