Need help to pull the trigger

My wife said I can buy a new gun. Found two I'm interested in basically the same cost. One is a cooper Excalibur stainless Ken Farrel 10 moa rail and cooper brake composite stock 70 rnds through it. The other is a christensen arms classic carbon 40 rnds through it braked carbon barrel that comes with a steiner 4x20x50 scope. Both rifles in 6.5x284. Drawn to the cooper but the CA coming with an 800 dollar on clearance priced scope seems like more bang for the buck. Thoughts? Suggestions? Experience? Thanks

Buy em both and see which one shoots  better and which one you like better. Sell whichever one doesnt make the cut...or keep em both! I love spending someone else's money  :chuckle:

How do they both shoot? I don't think I've ever seen or owned a Cooper that didn't shoot well, the Christensen Arms rifles seem to have mixed results.

 :yeah: Too much hit and miss with CA, I haven't personally owned a Cooper but my dad has several and they are all tack drivers.

I have a Cooper Excaliber in 6.5x284 so my opinion might be biased  :chuckle:.  Mine shoots extremely well .
Anyone that thinks a Glock is better than a 1911 paints his toenails.

Both owners claim excellent accuracy . Of course. I will say the christensen arms owner had more reloading and measurements seemed to know the rifle really well he also has a cooper for sale bit in 26 nosler which is also tempting but maybe a bit much. I already have 2 6.5 x 284 one stock savage and one I built. Really just tempted to see how the other half lives.
