Looks like Oregon split the blue tag into Mt Emily and Walla Walla tag and split the other half into another unit, Ukiah or something. Mostly private land.  Got 6 pts which only took 4 pts two years ago but I hope to draw it now. Sounds like draw will be posted 20th or 1st of March.
