One of my sons and I applied as a group. First time.  No deer, no elk.  But at least we each have a point now.

Meh. Is what it is. I’ve drawn the deer tag every year. I’m not complaining.

Nope and Nope! Hoping for a leftover tag for deer. What are the chances of that?

Didn’t draw either this year, but not surprised, I drew both last year so had zero points heading in this time.. hoping to also at least get a leftover tag for deer. When do they usually go on sale ? I know you gotta be in line early so just curious what time they start selling them as well?? Thanks so much and congrats to those who drew!

Deer you can usually get any time up to a week after not even sure if they sell out. I bought mine last time 2-3 days after the extras went on sale.
This time drew deer so no need to show up unless I want to try for Elk, which is get in line early or don't bother
In God we trust, all others bring cash.

Do not say, Why were the old days better than these? For it is not wise to ask such questions.

But love of the wilderness is more than a hunger for what is always beyond reach; it is also an expression of loyalty to the earth which bore us and sustains us, the only home we shall ever know, the only paradise we ever need - if only we had eyes to see.

you should draw after 10 years of waiting for a multi elk, deer is easy, should just sell that over the counter.  Your a better man than me when it comes to not complaining!  😁

Well I now have 11 points for elk next year. I stopped wasting money on deer a few years ago and can't wait to burn my points to get out of the points game.

No deer but I grabbed elk with 7 points. Time to try some westside elk hunting.
