Banks lake walleye
« on: May 09, 2019, 08:51:05 AM »
I'm heading to banks lake to Target walleye this weekend for the first time with my boat. Anybody have a fishing report or any advice what so ever as far as set ups or colors. It's a bit of a haul for me and wanna make the most of my time. Any info would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Check in at Big Wally's in Coulee City, they usually have current fishing info.
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

Spinner rigs works best for me when I'm up there.
The best equipment in the world is useless to the idiot who doesn't understand it.

Big Wallys was bought out by the middle easterner gas station type folks a while back. Not much fishing info in there these days, but there is some cannabis oils for sale by cash register. :chuckle:

Me and everyone I know will be fishing the tournament the following weekend and there lips are glued shut. Ask me after that and I could put you on fish. That said, there will be some pre fishing going on this weekend. pay attention to where the boats are fishing and you could stumble on to something. Good luck.

Can't wait, all packed up and ready to go. Leaving Thursday for 10 straight days of fishing on Banks. The 10 day weather forecast doesn't look the best but fishing should be good!!
