Tanzania: How Hunting Saves Wildlife
« on: May 24, 2019, 11:00:03 AM »
Great 3 part series. Please support DSC and Tanzania! All hunters regardless if you have or ever plan to hunt in Africa, you should take note of this information. This applies to all countries, all species and all hunters. Get the facts and actively spread the truth about hunting and how important hunting is to conservation worldwide.  It is the perception of the uninformed or misinformed public that will decide our fate as hunters, educate them on how all hunting contributes to conservation.

The conclusion of this three part series featuring Professional Hunter and President of the Tanzania Hunting Operators Association, Michel Mantheakis, exposes the threats posed when wildlife and wilderness conservation issues are based on emotion and political gain in place of fact and scientific data.

The message is clear: the future of Africa’s wildlife and wilderness areas are dependent on the proven Conservation Through Hunting model.

Botswana just lifted their five year hunting ban after realizing the ban was hurting wildlife populations and harming local economies.
Nature. It's cheaper than therapy.
