I totally spaced it! I thought we'd have a little longer to pick it up. Whoever gets my leftover...you're welcome!

I spoke to the wdfw yesterday and he said the redraw for the left over tags has been completed. He said they are double checking names and numbers to make sure they have them correct, and they will post them asap. He also said there was about 65 elk tags(a lot less than I thought) that did not get purchased the first go round. I hope one of those 65 has my wild id number on it, good luck everyone!

2nd draw results are posted. I drew a multi-deer tag on the second try, missed again on the elk. Congrats to the 65 lucky dogs that get a second chance at a multi elk tag.

Congrats MD, don't sound so bummed out, there are plenty of guys on here that would take that deer tag off your hands.

Don't get me wrong.....I was happy to get the deer draw.
I drew an elk a couple years ago and didn't get much time in the field that year and ended up eating tag stew.
I have been looking forward to the day when I get another chance to stick/smoke/whack an elk and fill the tag.
Honestly - I just wanted to get one draw so I could spend a bunch of time in the field from September through December. (don't tell the wife....she thinks I am just a bad shot).
