If you didn't see it, one thing Weyco has added this year is a guest pass that is good for a couple days (you have to tell them when you are going to use, which can be as late as the day before you do, if I remember correctly).  I don't know if it was their intent but what it allows for is bringing in a buddy once we have an animal down to help get it out.

Weyco charges 100 bones for the guest pass which is a bit more than pricey.  I had a buddy buy one last year and I helped him get a deer in the Vale area.

The guest pass I am talking about is a 2-day pass that is new for 2019 and I don't remember it being $100.  It was an email Wyco sent out a few months ago.  $100 would be steep for just a couple days...

I know I've lost it, let me know if you come across it

Pretty sure it'll be the same as last year; it would be great if they offered a "free" two day pass for a buddy.  The 2018 pass was for a guest (you could only do it one time) to mainly hunt with the permit holder (no firewood, no unaccompanied access).

You know what "GRINDS MY GEARS" about this permit?  You can't target shoot per the agreement.  I can understand the need to prevent people from making a mess with paper targets, bottles, cans, etc. but where's the harm in long range shooting at steel?  >:(

Well, for only $350 what do you expect, a grateful land owner?
You'll never get a Big'un if you keep shooting Little'un's.
