Coho bite is HOT! Had our boat limit of 16 by 10am. Caught around 40 total with one undersized king. About a 40% hatchery to native rate. Rock fish were harder to find, but once we did it was lights out for them as well. Ran about 28-30 miles north of westport, catching the on the surface all the way down to around 100 feet. According to the the captain, the coho were big compared to what they've been seeing. I would say around the 8lb mark on average, using my best guess.
