acetone will do the trick.  If not that screw in a field point best you can and heat the field point ONLY with a propane torch.  That should allow you to get the insert out.

Not supposed to heat carbon, it is easily compromised by heat.  They dont use hot melt on carbon for that reason, and not many insert adhesives are heat reversible.
This works fine IF YOU APPLY HEAT TO THE STEEL.

Or you may not have kept them flat and the insert slipped down seen  it a bunch of times
