Looking for someone to hunt with??
« on: August 15, 2019, 05:28:26 AM »
I'm looking for someone to hunt deer with this modern season. People that I've hinted with in the past have kids old enough thst they hunt with now and family they take etc which I completely understand. I have the Aberdeen weyco permit and hunt the Minot gmu and have for 20+ years. Im definitely not against hunting alone but do prefer having someone along sometimes. If someone is in the same situation and has the access permit let me know.

Might want to state in your thread topic about looking for hunting partner with Weyco permit

Also put the request in under the "Where to go-hunt swap" tab instead of the deer tab...

I've got the permit. I'll keep in touch as the season gets closer and if I go out scouting/mushroom hunting. I also have a cow tag down by Williams Creek, so I might spend a little time that direction. I see you're from Montesano... ever go to the moose there?

I also hunt that area solo with the Weyco drive-in permit.  I have the multiseason deer tag this year plus bear, cougar and archery elk.  Give me a shout when the season starts and we'll see if we can make our schedules work.

No, but the wife and I stop in while passing through. I've quit all alcohol a year ago on June 20th because my pancreas went south on me, so it's not as much of a draw.... cheap drinks and good food deals sometimes. Rumor has it they're getting some chanterrelles down that direction already. Might go down the next couple weekends.
