Nope.  He said they fished all over.  Had two youngsters on the boat trying to score in the kids division.......nothing but shakers all day.

Only 146 fish weighed in. I wonder how many tickets and anglers fished today? Looks close to 300 average weigh ins the last few derbies.

I got a 4.22 one weighed in, but the only 1 in the boat today. Extremely slow. We know quite a few at the dry dock's that didn't get any.

Got it right around 6:45am and thought the day was going to be good. Fish all over our sonar, right around our gear pretty much everywhere wetl went. Not sure if they were pinks or coho. Just didn't want to eat today. Threw a few different combos at them and speed. We saw 1 small fish netted by someone else in 5 hours around shipwreck to possession. Lots of boats around.

Dang! I bet the youngster were happy to catch a shaker, sometimes those can fight bigger than they really are!

Word from Mark Yussa (director of NW salmon derby) is 745 anglers and 146 fish. Seems very slow.

Yes, tough day out there.  Think the weather change turned them off.  My kid and I each got one, but nothing big.  We fished all over looking for biters - shipwreck to Jeff Head.

I wonder if the incoming weather and barometer change slowed the bite.
