This is a Pulsar XP50 trail.  So what all of you failed to mention was the fact your also going to need a good monocular, unless your a super hero and can scan 360 degrees all night. You'll also need a good tripod set up, gun grip and swivel or ball mount.  I would recommend staying away from ATN, I've heard to many bad things.  Pulsar is your best bang for the buck.

The XP50LRF is what I want to get, really cool, but its SPENDY! Im very happy with my ATN until I can go thermal. Im tempted to stay with ATN for a thermal too though, I like the features.

Pulsar have better features and more reliable plus there customer service is much better.  I went through the NV stage w/ IR, you honestly really just don’t understand what your miss with a 640 resolution thermal scope and monocular

Ive borrowed a pulsar thermal, I know what Im missing, it wasnt 640, but its still amazing, but Im not really ready to drop $4K++ just for coyotes.. haha.

ATN have stepped it up alot, CS and Support are much better.  I dont know of any better features on a pulsar?

Well let’s see, Pulsar has the PIP feature, which helps fine tune your shot and still video at the same time.  The batteries in the pulsar last much longer and are easy to charge.  They also have an 18 hour battery which almost lasts me all night in the winter.

Does ATN have a stream vision app that converts videos to MP4??

PIP is ok I guess, I didnt use it when I used a pulsar, but it is kinda neat.

Factory battery in the ATNs last forever. Even on my 4K Pro they last 18hrs, and this is not an external thing you have to carry around.. Pulsar I used had 123 batteries, didnt last that long.

ATN you can stream to a phone or ipad or whatever, yes, they are MP4 videos.

Here's my current setup.  7.62x39.  Sightmark photon 4.5x zoom scope.  T50 10W IR illuminator from ebay mounted on the side.  Haven't taken any coyotes with it yet but it's just a matter of time.

That's a relatively inexpensive package. Have you used it?

I got "first blood" with it last night.  Put some thanksgiving turkey scraps in front of a driveway alarm motion sensor about 75yds from the house.  Alarm rang around 9pm and my brother took the coyote from a bedroom window.  He said it dropped like a sack of potatos and now he wants to get the same/equivalent setup.

Two nights previous i got a picture on my game camera with a coyote (probably same one) with the neighbor's cat in it's mouth.
