I've been in a jet boat up that stretch (operated by others) and hunted all over that country...but if your question is mostly about the technicalities of running a jetboat up that stretch of river I won't be much help.

Is this the same section that was just shown on a youtude hunting video, cant remember the name. If so looked pretty easy to run those rapids as they did it in a john boat type sled.

I dont know

I have been in parts from Island bar to riggins in high water for salmon fishing, but not being able to see the river from the road and never being up there I am looking for intel on any rapids that would be a problem. That time of year its the low water and rocks that are a issue. I know the big guide boats go up to Mackay bar. My boat rides way higher than those as its not even close in weight.  Ultimately Id like to meet up with some one and ride with would be the best. I am not a huge fan of exploring a unkown section of river with no prior experience, but I may just end up taking my time and learning it as I go up.

YouTube is certainly doing that section no favors. Perhaps calling around in riggins to the local guide companies would do you some good. Also keep in mind there’ll be a lotta folks newly or soon to be unemployed as that’s the tail end of rafting season so maybe just grab one of em at the local bar, sober em up good in the morning and head upriver.

I use to fish Ringold in my 12’ aluminum with a 9.9. Had to run from the bow to keep the nose down on that rocket.

I’ll run you up there, say when......
Just tend your own and live.

There is a jet boat club out of Lewiston that you might contact. They have the videos of the races.
