 Boy 7mm you got a great fishing buddie right there so much fun is gonna be had!!  Took My grand-nephew out when he was about your sons age  on the opener we did well until i snagged a big old bullfrog let him reel in and set it on his little lap and OMG the sound that came out of him was so loud. He must of thought it was a sea monster, still get a good laugh everytime i think about it
