Fried egg on Peanut Butter Toast.
:yeah: That’s a staple for me.
I also crunch up Doritos, or Fritos, or Jalapeño potato chips and put them on my salads to spice them up.

Make a big batch of Chocolate Chip Cookies sounds basic right? Wrong, don’t cook them.  Game changer!

Miracle whip vs Mayo.... One of those things that you either love or hate one or the other. Myself, I use em both.
As a kid I hated salad, the only way I would eat it was smothered in plain old Miracle whip.  :yike:

Another odd one as a kid, my daily school lunch always contained a peanut butter and white sugar sandwich. To this day I still have not had a PBJ.
neither have I!

 :yeah:

A college staple for me was to cook up a package of ramen (typical Maruchan $0.15 variety), throw in a half package of frozen mixed vegetables, mix/melt in a few large tablespoons of peanut butter, and then finish it off with a bit of Sriracha.  Came out with a big bowl of something resembling a southeast Asian soup.  Hardly a cheaper way to go.

Later on I would fry up two eggs over medium, throw it on a plate, then dump a can of warmed up chili on top.  Melt a bunch of cheddar over that, and there you go.  Hunger taken care of, and everybody leaves you alone at work next day.

My mom started me on them in about 1962, but we used Adams crunchy. I still have one every month or so.

Mayonnaise on cold pizza. Family thinks I'm nuts and I tell them it's got all the fixings as a sandwich. Bread, meat, cheese.
It's not always as it seems

Posted this earlier, but try it on a baked potato- there's your hash browns.
