Sometimes ill just do a big ole mess of oven roasted sprouts for dinner, not even bother with meat or anything else. I like to toss them in a little avacado oil and put some chili powder, paprika and cayenne on them. Bake at about 400 until theyre good and done. Generally soft but crisped on the outside. toss em in a little lemon juice when they come out of the oven. Might go do that right now as a matter of fact.
