I don't think officially allowing it is going to cause a flood of people because frankly, not very many people are following it anyway. Especially not other(hikers/bikers/etc) users of the forest.I tell ya I was getting firewood ,around the chewalah area and the woods are pretty busy 😃Wonder how many of them are hunting coyotes with a shotgun - and not locals 😂

You guys with spring bear permits hit the jackpot this year. You've only lost the early part of the season that is mostly unproductive anyway AND you are now having your season extended to June 30. That's two more weeks for the east side tags and a full month for the west side tags.
And those guys that don't have to travel far. No camping is allowed.
