Bought one about 2 months ago, frustrating trying to put the right sights on!  Finally found the sight that fits, now the rear sight (end of barrel) is too high, ugh!  Sabatloader sent me a link to a pretty cool looking sight set up.  If you decide to change sights, pm me your phone number and I’ll send the link to you, I haven’t bought it myself so I don’t know if it fits, but sabatloader knows his stuff.

I have a Accura and love it. I wish I could get it to shoot some thing other than Hornady Sst’s though.

290gr Barnes T-EZ with 100gr of BH209 shoots great out of my Optima. I also just put the new Williams globe sight on mine. I’d most likely have a few more really nice Roosevelt bulls on my wall, if I had this years ago  :'(

That’s what I’m looking at, is the sight closest to your eye the ghost ring?

Ive tried Powerbelts and they had horrible groups. I’ve been using 100g of white hots.

That’s a awesome sight! Looks high on the front? What rear setup are you using? I had to make shims for my rear peep in order to hit zero at 100 yards. Without the shims I’m 4” low with the sight adjusted all the way up.

@Damnimissed. Did the sight closest to have the right size screws for putting it in the very near 2 scope holes????  Can you sent a pic of the whole set up please!

I’m working right now but when I get home later, I’ll take a pic. It’s exactly what is pictured in the link you posted. It has the proper height peep for the globe front sight. It comes with several different size screws because it fits on a few different makes of rifle. I actually had to grind one down to make the front (globe) fit. It was a few threads too long.

Looks like the exact setup i am planning for an accura V2 LR.   Does anyone know the thread size for the front sight?  It turns out the CVA LR barrels dont come predrilled for iron sights up front.
