Skykomish/General river opener?

Anybody heard anything about this opener this year? I can't find anything on the WDFW site that is recent. Will it be 6/1? First Saturday in June? One Wednesday a month so long as it isn't preceeded by a Tuesday?

Regs are online, trout and dollies, opened yesterday, everything else Aug 1.  Unless I missed a special closure notice.

Fishing has been slooow.  Some kings and steelhead being caught but not what you'd expect from the opener.
