Waterpik
« on: June 04, 2020, 02:15:21 PM »
I guess you could call this "other gear"  :chuckle:  Does anyone use a waterpik and what do you think? I currently use a sonicare but looking at the waterpik because I eat a lot of red meat, jerky etc so I am constantly battling crap being stuck in between my teeth. Are they worth the coin?

I was thinking about that route too but for time consideration, being able to brush and floss at same time sounds pretty slick

I have both (sonicare and waterpik) but just saw a commercial that Waterpik came out with a new one that has both in one unit (brush and waterpik) and was thinking about checking that out.

It's the one on Amazon for $150?  The only drawback I can see is you have to be standing next to the thing since there is a water line connecting the brush and tank.

Free returns on Amazon, I might grab one next payday.

I don't generally walk around when I brush. I might snag one and test it too

It doesn’t do that great of a job. You’ll want to keep using floss as well as use the waterpik. I don’t hardly use my waterpik anymore.

I also use a Sonic Care tooth brush. Best toothbrush I have ever used.

But to be honest, these toothpics called "Doctor's Brush Pics" I am addicted to using. I always have one close. The last three Dentists appointments, the Dentist praised how well I floss!
I had to laugh, I hate flossing and never do it. But these Toothpicks do just as good.

We just got a water pic that attaches to the shower head. You take off the shower hear , install the pic valve, put the head back on . Came with two pic heads. And holder for shower wall.

Darn thing could take  paint off at full open. I run it about quarter open. :yike:
