I was going to say 225-250 on the first bear because normally I take 50-75 pounds off of what everyone else is saying, but if Dale says it’s that big, then I’m going to reconsider my guesstimate.

"Big bears" are measured by their noggins  ;)
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

That first bear is a nice bear period, photos can be very deceiving, and a photo from the back end always make them look bigger, but I'd guess that bear could be in the 275-350# range. The second bear photo looks to be about the 100-140# range.
Think your pretty spot on. Definetly a shooter. Gunna big some monsters hitting the ground this fall. Especially I. Areas of the fire a few years back. Chokes and eldernerries coming on strong👍
Not to derail, but few days ago in Okanogan county, somewhere...

Its a good bear, but i dont think quite as big as some are saying.  But i have to add the disclaimer that im not the best judge.  Im more of a shoot it, then see how big it is kind of guy  :chuckle:  if you walk up on it and determine its not so big, oh well, you can buy another tag and try again.
