again as per the other thread grats on your bear! and yeah love that white stripe very nice.Bear Sausage? as in-ground and seasoned for patties, or as in for like tube-like stuff like pepperoni? etc...The bear I got years ago I had made into just plain ground sausage wasn't too bad... I'd like to get another one and maybe try steaks out of but I know it's greasy fro I've had bear roast once and was very Greasy. But grats on your sons bear Nice!
