Smoke pole value?
« on: September 29, 2020, 04:08:16 AM »
Need little help from the pros.....I’ve not touched a muzzle loader in a real long time. I have an older cabelas gun that was always fun. My father in law passed away about 8 years ago and my mom in-law is unloading a couple guns of his. He has knight bighorn black synthetic stock with thumb hole, blued barrel, in 50 cal
I was thinking of buying it from her and we are trying To figure out a value of it. It’s been shot maybe 5 times and is about 10 years old?

Thanks folks!

those prices are about right.

I would pull the breech plug and check the bore before a purchase.  Cleaning after use is critical on a muzzy.

I bought mine from my father in law about five years ago for $250.00 and he was happy with that
I beg to dream and differ from the hollow lies

Rubio said that Israel forced our hand in going to war with Iran and now Trump says Israel will decide when we are finished

Even the stupid people are starting to get it

the sale was on 52 caliber.  I think the 50 may also have been, but they sold out fast.  These were also stainless, which I think is valuable for a muzzy.
