Let this thread die.  I don't think she's coming back to discuss it.  Next, I'll bet she's going to complain about driving across the state just to shoot a tiny whitetail.  Must be the Covid lockdown that's eating at her.  Hope she finds happiness in her next hunt.

Byod Iverson Blacktail Trophy Tactics.... And yes sadly  hunting a location is more important to find than anything else. Blacktail bucks are hard, the ones i have on camera are nocturnal, the does eat really good tho. Blacktail hunting will make other kinds of deer easy IMO.

Sooooo, meat was great, lots of grouse, not sure the rant from your original post!?  Because you're afraid of getting run over by a log truck?  There are lots of places to hunt that aren't being logged at the moment.  Way back then (1995-2000  )  were some of the best blacktail hunting I've ever had.

I don't know how old you think most of us are but I would say that a lot more here were in the woods before you were born.
