Guess I am going to have to disagree on this one. I think 3 a day is fine. I definately havn't noticed an increase in the overall population of the birds in north central Wa. to justify upping the bag limit to 4 birds per day. However, a lot of folks probably don't get out as much as others and by increasing their harvest potential it should make for more opportunity for them.
