Brisket

Marinated brisket for three days in peppercorn and garlic McCormicks.  Added chili flakes and extra garlic. Smoked in the Traeger for two hours then cooked another three hours. made sandwiches and french fries😉🥃🇺🇸
Hey! I'm not a complete idiot I have parts missing. Though sometimes I wonder.
