I spilled denatured alcohol...

all over my cookware. I must have packed it sloppy my last day of late season so my pot has been stewing in it since November (had everything in a ziploc so it never evaporated). I cleaned it a few times, no longer smells weird.

Anyone done this before? How poisonous is this stuff? Am I looking at acute blindness if I cook with it again, or just cancer in 30 years?

It's just alcohol with something put in so fools don't drink it.  Give it a quick wash and you're golden.

Better do some research...denatured alcohol is very poisonous and WILL cause blindness and or death...if it were me I would buy some new pans

Its a very mild solvent commonly used in the Aerospace industry. Many use it without gloves and in confined spaces.

Just wash with detergent and use the cookware.

As stated above you shouldn’t have a problem once it has evaporated. The most you would have to do is boil your pots. Alcohol easily mixes with water and has a boiling point at a lot lower temperature than water, so it will boil out before water reaches its boiling point. Once the water, with your pots in it, comes to a rolling boil the alcohol will be long gone.
My interpretation of the rules are open to interpretation.
Once I thought I was wrong but I was mistaken.

If you drink it, yes. It's also a great, clean solvent because it leaves nothing behind. Your pans are fine.
