Thank you both for your kind words. I absolutely love my work, especially because of borrowers like you!

The wife and I have been kicking around doing a Refi for a while. Our land situation is a bit unique and we weren't sure exactly how to go about things. John spent a good amount of time with me over many phone calls, and did a lot of leg work to answer all of the questions I had about our situation. He presented me with a handful of different options and some extremely competitive rates. It was great to work with somebody who really seemed to have our best interest in mind and at no point did he try to push a sale on us or rush us to lock in like some of the other lenders do. Heck of a nice guy too, would recommend!

I can affirm everything Mtnwalker stated as fact.  We have been working with John over the past couple of weeks and will finish up our refi in the next few days.  No pressure, good communications and responsive. Basically everything one looks for when conducting this type of business.  For what it’s worth we highly recommend him.
:yeah: I'll put in a 3rd vote of full confidence, very open, honest and trustworthy!

Where are you located Pianoman? I am a real estate agent up here in Whatcom County. I am looking for another mortgage person for client referrals.

Vancouver, but all of our work is virtual, so location doesn't mean much. I'll send you a PM. Thanks for asking.

We just finished up a refinance with John.  Couldn't be happier with his service and professionalism.  The process was extremely fast and very easy.  John has a great team and I would highly recommend you give him a call if you are thinking about refinancing or purchasing a home.

I almost can’t believe how fast that was - 8 days to close. You two were exceptional, responsive and organized. Thanks again for your business and trust, and for the post.

So when do you think the home prices top out? The wife and I are trying to time this maybe this summer?

I'm very sorry, but I don't have crystal balls.  :dunno:
