Does anyone know where I might find some bullfrogs on the west side? I was thinking about trying long lake.

Long lake would be a good one, black river, black lake, silver lake, deep lake and Scott lake. I wouldnt eat them out of some of those areas! But they’re plentiful

Which lakes do you think would be best for eating frogs? I've never been frog gigging and thought I'd give it a try.

Sent you a pm. I’m not a crazy frog gigging guy but I’ve done it enough to get some good ones. I have a pic I’ll try to dig up!

I used to frog out at Pipe Lake but I don’t even know if there is public access any more.
Biggest one I have ever seen was out there.

Been many many years but as a kid we would get loads of big ones out of Wagner Lake, don’t know if there is still public access anymore though.

Used to get them out of Silver Lake about 20 years ago. Haven't seen many on recent trips back to the dock in the dark lately however.
