all of that addresses the fasting part but what about keto?
It fixes metabolic disorders or at least makes them much better. Usually really fast.Plus, what is balanced? That really has no meaning in my mind. Keto seems balanced to me but not my wife for example.I view carbs like dairy, some do fine and some people can’t deal well.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Your body doesn't need any carbs at all. That's the lie they've been telling us for decades and it's the reason so many people are getting diabetes and other metabolic issues these days.

Processed foods and added sugars are garbage for anyone but for me, quality carb sources are important to my training and performance goals.
True we don't need it, but it doesn't need to be demonized if its clean and the person isn't trying to cure a metabolic disorder. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
Yeah, but I'm just trying to get the point across that carbs aren't needed, because many people are under the impression that we can't live without carbs. I always thought that. Until just recently in the last few months when I began researching and got more educated on the subject. If only I would have known all this 20 years ago.
