looking to talk to anyone that hunts out of the davis peak trailhead 1324 in the alpine lakes for high buck.

Looking for info on pressure and some specifics on accessibility to certain areas towards the top

Willing to have a private conversation if you don't want to give out specific details on the forum

Back in the 70s and 80s you could take a motorcycle up it to the wilderness boundary.   I wonder if anyone in here has done that.   That's a steep trail!  No idea how the hunting is up there these days.  Also there was a goat hunt taped up there in the 80s, I think one of Larry Jones/Dwight Schue.  Would give you an idea of the landscape.

I hike that trail a lot but dont see many deer up there
