Loading bench
« on: April 25, 2009, 11:33:46 AM »
You all were my inspiration to make my own "man cave".  The first thing that I needed was a good, solid reloading bench!  I got step one done last week and still need to add a few things like my arbor press and case trimmer, but I was pretty happy how it turned out.  My wife bought be a electronic powder dispenser/scale for my "getting out of the Navy" present so she deserves some credit as well.  Here is a pic......

I like the stain.  Makes it look nicer than just the raw wood.

Very nice!  Job well down!!
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

Thanks.  I am pretty retarded when it comes to wood working so I was pretty happy with it.  I made no attemp to build shelves or drawers.....it wouldn't have been good! :chuckle:

Thats a tough feat, however it's the places you wouldn't expect that you find the powder you need lol.  I was at a pistol range and found 3 tubs of H1000 and 4 of RETUMBO, if any1 needs Retumbo and is near Tacoma LMK, I left it on the shelf.

Yeah, if I could find some components.  :chuckle:  I went to Sportsmans today and it was horrible - Literally nothing on the shelves.

ok, now take all the stuff you have in those containers and dump them upside down on the bench, leave your loading maunal open with the pages all folded up and have about twenty random pieces of paper with a bunch of notes scribbled on them and it will start to look like a real loading bench. hang in there you almost got it  :P

Oh no, notice that my bench is in the house.  My wife has OCD - nothing, I mean NOTHING is out of place! :chuckle:
