Should be a great hunt alot of bulls in that unit.

First one saw a couple of cows Hancock lands closed due to fire danger concerns.
any more insights ?

If u don't know the area all u got to do is get on the PCT/tr2000 up where 653 and 346 meet up. Walk the PCT/tr200 then drop down in the thickest *censored* u can find during the mid day but then glass in the mornings and the evenings also walk it the trail at night and cow call to locate.  Don't bugle!  Or at least keep it to a minimum

I had the tag in 2016.  Shouldn't be too hard to get on elk dang near every day.  Will be a fun hunt.
