Sending a pic in a PM?

 Can you send a pic off your phone in a PM? Can't figure out how.

Not possible unless you’re using a photo hosting site like photobucket where your photo gets an actual url that uploads.
On an iPhone you can do it if you’re viewing the forum through the Tapatalk app. Not sure about other phones.
