Saw some at North Bend Ace hardware.  Not cheap though. ($25 if I remember.)

Just checked, and they are $29.  BUT, they are a box of 200, so it's not too bad I guess.

Just ran up to North Bend myself.  They do not have the Dynamit Nobel but another brand made in Germany, RUAG Ammotec Furth.  My buddy used these last year and did not have any problems.  I'll take these to the range this week along with some of my Dynamit Nobels I still have and see if there is a difference.  I have not been able to find the Dynamit Nobels anywhere.
