Okay, we're 25% of the way through the rifle tag hunt, I'm sure there's at least a few by now!

Today looks like it could be an okay day up there in between storms.  Forecast is calling for snow at elevation pretty much every day this week!

Nine years ago today (11/5/2012), this one got posted on Hunt-WA.  Ya'll will remember Moosey!

Sure do, love the palmation.👍

Muley bucks are rutting, hoping it keeps going for a couple more weeks,
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

I've been trying to help my friend on his quality late season mule deer Tag.
I'm starting to think ,it's not worth the paper it's made out of.
I don't even know why they even print a regulation booklet.

My old man is in the hospital, turd was having problems draining his bladder and wasn’t telling anyone, turned into a UTI and got septic… so he is in there 48-72 hours before they will let him out..  we will have to find a good buck close to the road now. I’m hoping he has some energy

Right now it’s not looking good for a hunt, it looks like he will be discharged today but will still be hooked up to a bag with consults with specialist today and at a later date.

Pretty crazy considering he was hiking all muzzleloader elk, modern deer and is working around his place everyday. Praying for a quick resolution.

Man, sorry to hear that!  Hope he is okay and is able to get out.  Wonder if you can get a medical clearance to allow you to shoot one for him if he's in the truck?

Little Pathfinder started his late whitetail tag yesterday.  Nothing yet.  A few bull elk and a herd of mulies so far.  Tough deal with the blue tongue, daylight savings and school.  Only get an hour to hunt in the evening before dark.  Fingers crossed for a miracle...

We have been out for 3 days.

Super happy dad could make it could make it out. Mobility is very limited, we’ve seen 20+ bucks. 2 giant 2x2, and a hand full of really nice 3 and 4 pts.

Still looking.
