Tipi (Hot Tent) tips & tricks

My dad & I just bought ourselves an 8-Man Seek Outside tipi with woodstove. I saw on here a wall tent tips and tricks thread, so thought it might be cool to start a Tipi tips & tricks thread. We didnt get it set up quite right but it was really nice and the stove really throws out the BTUs.

So does anybody have any tips theyd like to share?

Congrats on the 8 man. Look at the youtube video on set up where he sets the diameter at 14' instead of 16' and the way he steepens the walls with sticks and guy outs.
