I was able to see results before, and even submit my son’s OIL’s but now I get the error that it Cannot Retrieve hunt applications.

I checked the back door and it looks like I probably drew deer, no elk.

Now I'm trying to decide if I give a darn about WA deer hunting.

So for things like quality deer why  is there one titled big game and another seemingly exact one titled special hunt ?
