Wanting to try Accubond in 270 win 140 or 150gr?

I set up a new Browning Hells Canyon Speed in 270 Win last year. I tried a variety of ammo and decided on Federal Premium loaded with Swift Scirocco 2 with 130 grain bullets. They group well and I'm happy with performance on my Blacktail last season. I'm still curious about Accubonds though. Any thoughts on 140 vs 150 for the 270 win? I have a 22" barrel on this rifle. I've heard good things about them and I'm seeing a few more available this year.
Thanks for any insight

I like the 140 grain Accubonds, slightly faster and a little less recoil than the 150 grain ,plus they shoot nice tight groups out of my Browning A bolt. Never tried 150 grain though, but for years I used to shoot nothing but the 150 grain Nosler Ballistic Tips. They were good too but I prefer using a bonded bullet since I trust to work well on anything I might hunt.

There is some load data out there using RL 26 and 150 bullets. If I can find some RL I will try it. I normally shoot 140 and 150 Partitions though.

I'm using RL26 with the 140 grain Accubonds and getting 3200 fps out of a 22 inch barrel.

Thanks for the insights. I'm leaning towards trying the 140's since I have larger rifles ( 30 06, 338 win mag) if I feel the need. I'm really liking this lighter, shorter barreled rifle though

Assuming you’re looking for factory ammo, I don’t believe there is any factory offerings with the regular 150gr AB, just the Long Range version, which I don’t see many guys having good experience with. 140s are excellent, though.

Either will work fine. Shot and loaded a ton for .270 win before getting out of the caliber all together. 150 grain partitions were deadly accurate and devastating on game. 130,140 or 150 grain accubonds will serve you well with anything in North America.

I plan on using my 270WSM with 130 accubonds on elk this year
